Are you like Upwork but for South Africa?
No. Upwork is a marketplace. VAConnect is a managed agency. We don’t hand you a board of freelancers to manage. We run recruitment, Boiler Room screening, placement, and ongoing support.
Can I still interview candidates?
Yes – and we encourage it. You meet the shortlist on Zoom. The difference is you’ve already got scored Boiler Room evidence, not just polished proposals.
What if the placement doesn’t work?
We don’t shrug. We remediate with success support. If the fit can’t be repaired, we replace under our managed model – month-to-month, without trapping you in a long lock-in.
Why South Africa specifically?
